WEAR RING REPLACEMENT PROGRAM — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms govern participation in the Wear Ring Replacement Program (the “Program”) offered by [Reliable Tuning LLC] (“we,” “us,” “our”) to customers of [ReliableTuning.Com] (the “Site”). By placing a qualifying order and later reordering under this Program, you agree to these terms.

## 1. How the Program Works

1.1 When you purchase an eligible replacement product through a normal checkout on the Site while logged into a registered customer account, that order is automatically enrolled in the Program once it ships.

1.2 A waiting period of **[10] days** then applies from the date of that original order. During this time, your reorder is reserved but not yet available to redeem.

1.3 Once the waiting period ends, you will receive an email invitation with a link to reorder the eligible product at the Program price described in Section 3.

1.4 You may also receive an earlier confirmation email letting you know your reorder is in progress and roughly when to expect your invitation. This confirmation email is informational only and does not itself grant any right to reorder.

## 2. Eligibility

2.1 The Program applies only to orders placed by you, the customer, through the Site’s standard checkout. Orders created on your behalf by our staff (for example, phone or in-person orders entered manually) are not automatically eligible for the Program, though we may enroll such an order at our discretion.

2.2 You must have a registered customer account on the Site at the time of the qualifying purchase. Guest checkouts are not eligible.

2.3 **One reorder per qualifying order.** An order that includes more than one unit of the eligible product still earns only a single Program reorder, regardless of quantity purchased. To earn additional reorders, you must place additional, separate qualifying orders.

2.4 The reorder benefit is tied to the customer account that placed the original order and may not be transferred, sold, or redeemed by any other account.

## 3. Pricing and Shipping

3.1 A reorder placed under this Program is charged at the Program price of **$[20].00**, which is inclusive of shipping. This is not a free product with a separate shipping charge — the listed price is the entire amount you pay, and no additional shipping fee is added when the reorder is the only item in your order.

3.2 If you add other items to the same order as your Program reorder, standard shipping rates apply to the order as a whole; the discount described here applies only to the eligible reordered item.

3.3 The Program price reflects a discount off the eligible product’s regular price at the time of reorder. The discount is applied automatically and cannot be combined with other coupons, promotions, or discount codes for that product.

3.4 **Remote or high-cost shipping locations.** The Program price is calculated to reasonably cover standard shipping costs, but it may not cover the actual cost of shipping to remote, rural, or otherwise high-cost-to-serve addresses. If we determine, before your reorder ships, that the actual shipping cost to your address exceeds the value of the Program price, we reserve the right to either:

(a) contact you to arrange payment of the difference between the actual shipping cost and the amount already covered by the Program price, to be paid before the order ships; or

(b) cancel the reorder and refund any amount you have already paid.

We will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the email address on your account before taking either action. This determination is made at our discretion on a case-by-case basis, and we will not charge any additional amount to your payment method without your agreement.

## 4. Redemption Window

4.1 Each reorder must be redeemed by the year in which the original qualifying order was shipped. Reorders not redeemed by this date expire and cannot be reinstated.

4.2 We are not responsible for a missed redemption window due to an undelivered notification email, an out-of-date email address on file, or similar circumstances outside our control. We recommend checking your account for reorder eligibility rather than relying solely on email notifications.

## 5. Order and Fulfillment

5.1 A Program reorder is a standard order subject to our normal order-processing, shipping, and delivery terms, except for the pricing described in Section 3.

5.2 We reserve the right to decline or cancel a Program reorder that we reasonably believe was obtained through fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms, including but not limited to attempts to redeem a reorder that has already been used, has expired, or does not belong to the redeeming account.

## 6. Changes to the Program

6.1 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, or change the eligible product(s), waiting period, Program price, or redemption window, at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively revoke a reorder that has already unlocked, but may affect orders placed after the change takes effect.

6.2 We may pause enrollment of new orders into the Program at our discretion. Orders already tracked in the Program at the time of any such pause are not affected.

## 7. General

7.1 These terms are governed by the laws of [CONNECTICUT], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

7.3 If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
