recommendsabsolutely amazing customer service, purchased a tune for 2019 gti 130 and the ski wouldn't connect to the tune instead... of this guy abandoning me and making me pay for it anyways like most places would. He persistently tried to connect walking me through atleast a dozen different senerios, troubleshooting and trys to get the ski connected, mind you my appointment was at 830pm to! this guy ROCKS!! we got it connected and got the tune installed! the process was actually super easy just my ski ended up having some underlying issues. 20 out of 10 rating will for sure use this place for all my future needs!read more

I looked on my local FB riders group, that... recommended another “tuner” (it was their buddy) This turned into a 2 month ordeal from hell. Several people suggested Reliable Tuning to fix the problem. After flagging the bad tuner on every social media platform, I received a message from Martin at Reliable offering to help. I accepted.
2 days later, fedex arrived with a small, robust case with a tablet, a dongle and instructions inside. My appointment and tune was all handled through FB messenger and 20 minutes later.. my machine had DOUBLE the horsepower. Thanks so much Martin and Reliable Tuning.read more
