AMAZING SERVICE. I purchased a Seadoo Spark, knowing I wanted more power. I looked on my local FB riders group, that... recommended another “tuner” (it was their buddy) This turned into a 2 month ordeal from hell. Several people suggested Reliable Tuning to fix the problem. After flagging the bad tuner on every social media platform, I received a message from Martin at Reliable offering to help. I accepted.
2 days later, fedex arrived with a small, robust case with a tablet, a dongle and instructions inside. My appointment and tune was all handled through FB messenger and 20 minutes later.. my machine had DOUBLE the horsepower. Thanks so much Martin and Reliable Tuning.read more

Everything was what it was supposed to be! I purchased two licenses for two Seadoo Spark 60 to 90hp upgrades with Sport... mode along with the DiY rental kit. Communication was 5 stars, delivery was 5 stars, execution was 5 stars, production was 5 stars... everything 5 stars! They have a very detailed process that works and they stick to their processes! When they say you get what you pay for they were NOT talking about the 60hp sea doo spark. With only a couple bucks you... can change that. These things are awesome now! When you say go they GO. I would recommend reliable tuning to anyone looking to have more fun on their ski. 01/13/2023 - let me start off first by saying I was very against a tune for my ski. My oldest son has a ski, my nephew... has a ski, our family friend has a ski and the friend group consists of an additional three more skis. The friend group is pretty large with water toys and it’s a heated competition of tricks and freestyle along with who is the quickest. After seeing other family members get a tune through reliable tuning and watching their skis, perform unlike all the others I felt it was my turn. Talk about a simple process. It started off with a Facebook message to reliable tuning. Inquiring about what I should do with my 2022 Sea-Doo Trixx . The suggestion was a 120 tune along with a 12/14 stainless impeller. Right from the start, the communication was clear and factual. I will tell you everyone from reliable tuning that I’ve dealt with was very friendly and very accommodating. Set my appointment for the tune once the gear showed up, and the process was very smooth.
If you’re looking to juice up your ski, or just make it run more efficient, my suggestion is strike up a conversation with someone at reliable tuning and you will not regret it.

After me being a nightmare customer by having the rental kit to long (jobs fault) a WiFi issue and forgetting the keys... after appointment started. SMH. He was patient and very professional throughout. We rescheduled the very next day early. Tune was easy to do and takes probably 20 mins or less. A few steps and it’s done.

Martin at Reliable Tuning is the man! Best customer service you will get ANYWHERE. Everything I order for my ski will... be through him if at all possible.
The reason for this is I know for a fact I will get my parts on time, have my questions answered, and just a good experience. Recently I had some odd issues with my spark that got cleared up (check your engine mounts and alignment) and he gave me a lot of information and advice. He didn't have to do that, but that just goes to show you he's not some dealer and cares about the community.
If there is not a part you want on the web site, ask him, he can likely get it for you.
His 120hp tune is a blast. If you are worried about tuning on these skis, they can more than handle the extra jam. Regular maintenance goes a long way, and anything mechanical has the chance to fail. So do it and have fun!
Moral of the story, Reliable Tuning is THE BEST place to get your parts OEM or aftermarket. I won't be surprised when this company continues to grow.

Ordered the tune for my 130 to be a 170 got it after they were closed for the day messaged to get appointment for the... next day and Martin said how about tonight at 8pm so of course I took that appointment. Was fast and again he did it at 8pm 3 hours after they closed. Absolutely would recommend them. And the tune wow what a difference it woke my ski right up.
