Will my dealership notice a tune?

Yes and no.

Your dealership will not be able to detect any tune unless they decide to analyze your RPM history. Your dealership will notice that your machine runs in an RPM range that is higher than the factory-limited RPM. Because your dealership is analyzing your RPM history, returning your machine to stock will do nothing.
